Refund & Billing Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Billing Policy explains how payments, subscriptions, and refunds work for LiveGuild’s paid features. This policy applies to all users who purchase subscriptions or digital services through LiveGuild.

2. Subscription Billing

LiveGuild offers paid features such as Community Perk and Streamer Perk. Subscriptions:

  • Are billed automatically on a recurring basis
  • Renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
  • Are tied to your Twitch-authenticated LiveGuild account

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until the subscription expires.

4. Refunds

All subscription purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partially used billing cycles
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Accidental purchases or misunderstandings of feature capabilities

Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law.

5. Failed or Reversed Payments

In cases of failed, reversed, or disputed charges:

  • Your subscription benefits may be suspended immediately
  • Outstanding balances may be charged automatically when possible
  • Repeated failures may lead to account restrictions

6. Digital Items and Credits

Digital rewards, downloadable items, and credit-related interactions are non-refundable once delivered. Streamers remain responsible for delivering any items they voluntarily offer to their viewers.
