1. Introduction

LiveGuild respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), we respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on LiveGuild infringes your copyright, you may submit a written takedown notice containing the following information:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the infringing content with sufficient detail for us to locate it
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate
  • Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • Identification of the removed material and its previous location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local court
  • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. LiveGuild reserves the right to take appropriate action at its discretion.
